They are committed to creating quality beer and offer patrons an extensive selection of ales and occasional lagers perfect in the state’s Hill Country.

Along with various craft brews, the brewery also offers locally made ciders and wines for guests to enjoy while visiting their taproom. Middleton Brewing has something for everyone. The taproom is a great place to go if you want good beer and live music, as well. Food trucks will also satisfy any appetite with their delicious offerings of bratwurst or wings on hand-made breads from local bakers, which are highly recommended. If it’s hot out, there’re plenty of Aiavions available so guests can enjoy some indoor seating while they eat and sip.

Middleton Brewing has the best burgers within a hundred miles of its location. MBTX Burger Shop in the brewing company is now open and ready for your order. While you visit the brewing company, you can enjoy one of their hand-crafted, 100% natural beef patties in either pub dish or to go – they’ll even make it gluten-free if needed.

The iconic Middleton Brewing is committed to providing the community with a world-class beer and food experience. Their laid-back atmosphere makes for an inviting, entertaining venue that has been open since 2011. The brewing company is on a mission to bring their beer and brews into more than 80 local retailers located in San Marcos, TX area, Wimberley (just outside of Austin), Buda, Dripping Springs, Kyle, New Braunfels & other cities nearby. Please stop by any one of their pubs or visit their store today.

Middleton has created a Dubbel with flavors that are both complex and fruity. This beer drinks like an Imperial Porter, but it’s brewed in tribute to one of Belgium’s most iconic styles. The dark complexion comes from maltose syrup added during fermentation for extra complexity; sweet malty backbone complements the spicy finish thanks to Columbus hops – also known as “the American hop” because its use helped make this country famous for producing high-quality beers overseas.

Middleton Brewing has plenty of space to accommodate your party. Whether it’s the rooftop deck or one of their covered patios, you will be able to enjoy food and drinks with friends while overlooking downtown Austin. They also offer front-of-line drink service so that all guests can get their favorites before they run out.
